The Role
Our client is a manufacturing organization specializing in plastic products produced through rotational molding, serving a diverse customer base across multiple industries. They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations across administration, customer service, accounting support, inventory coordination, and internal reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, cross-training, and contributing to the smooth operation and long-term success of a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across daily office operationsAssist with procurement and supplier relations, with ongoing cross-trainingSupport customer service and account management by directing incoming emails and phone calls and becoming familiar with client informationProvide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, with hands-on training provided (basic, repetitive tasks)Assist with inside sales activities as needed over timeSupport media, branding, website updates, and graphic design initiatives on a collaborative basisCollect, record, and assist with tracking KPIs, reporting, and data analysisAssist with inventory management and system controls using Sage 50 and RotoEdge (training provided)Support shipping and receiving documentation and general logistics paperworkMaintain organized records, documentation, and electronic filing systemsAssist with HR coordination, including training materials and documentationProvide support with budgeting, pricing, and financial forecasting activities as neededParticipate in strategic planning and business development initiatives over timePerform other administrative and operational duties as assignedRequirements
Previous experience in an office administration, administrative, or coordinator roleStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Sage 50 or ERP systems is an assetWillingness to learn new systems and take on cross-functional responsibilitiesProfessional, dependable, and collaborative team playerExperience supporting accounting, customer service, inventory, or operations is considered an asset#INDSTRIVEON
