Required Skill Set :

• Good Years of Development Experience in IBM Mainframe Applications
• Expertise in development programming in Java
• Experience in IBM zDIH
• Experience in design, development, testing and implementation
• Able to deliver projects independently
• Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability
• Experience in team management, technical leadership, and mentoring
• Exposure to Banking domain is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
