Data & Triage Analyst - Python, Excel & ServiceNow

We are hiring for a Data & Triage Analyst Python, Excel & ServiceNow. This role focuses on hardware and software End-of-Life (EOL) certification, data analysis, and process automation.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and data reconciliation skills, with experience in Python, ServiceNow, and IT asset management.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end hardware and software EOL certification and triage

• Guide asset owners through certification requirements and processes

• Run, maintain, and enhance Python scripts for Excel certification templates

• Validate EOL data, reconcile datasets, and troubleshoot data quality issues

• Work with ServiceNow, CMDB, and asset ownership teams to resolve mapping and certification issues

• Investigate incorrect EOL dates and hardware/software ownership records

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and process documentation

• Identify opportunities to improve data validation and operational efficiency through Python automation and AI

Nice to have

• Hands-on Python scripting and troubleshooting experience

• Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB

• Knowledge of IT Asset Management, Technology Asset Management, or EOL lifecycle management

• Experience with certification, attestation, risk, or governance processes

• Power BI reporting experience

• Exposure to AI-driven automation for data-intensive processes
