Role Summary
As a Business Sales Agent, you will drive B2B sales and market penetration within the MDU sales vertical, targeting property management companies and property managers in Ontario, and reporting to the Sales Team Manager.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound marketing efforts to generate leads and expand Amazon Key’s presence within the multi‑family housing sector.
- Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to engage property managers, owner / operators, and other key decision‑makers.
- Schedule and lead in‑person and virtual sales presentations to showcase the value of Amazon Key solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales funnel from initial interest to installation.
- Strategically position Amazon Key as the preferred access solution by understanding customer needs and pain points.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities, sales pipeline, and market feedback to the Sales Team Manager.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling to maximize sales impact.
- Represent Amazon Key with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Perform any other duties as needed to drive marketing and sales success.
Qualifications
Experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales, ideally targeting property managers or real estate professionals.Proven ability to drive engagement through cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting strategies.Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to effectively convey Amazon Key’s value.Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing a high‑volume outreach pipeline.Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs.Required to work either in our Mississauga office or in the field 5 days a week (based on business needs).Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with flexibility for occasional in‑person meetings.A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are required.Benefits
