Warehouse Associate / Light Assembly Worker

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate / Light Assembly Worker for a full-time temporary opportunity in Scarborough, ON. This position is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/hour

• Location: Scarborough, ON

Responsibilities:

• Perform light assembly of products and components following work instructions and quality standards

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications

• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand tools

• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as required

• Package completed products for distribution

• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures

• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or production environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality

• Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks using hands and arms

• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment for extended periods

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
