General Labour (Seafood Processing Company)

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Labourers for a seafood processing and distribution company. This is a long-term, temporary-to-permanent opportunity for candidates looking for stable, full-time employment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a cold environment, performing physically demanding tasks, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, packing, labeling, and processing seafood products.

• Handle fresh and frozen seafood according to company guidelines.

• Work in a cold or refrigerated warehouse environment.

• Load, unload, and organize seafood products.

• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper packaging.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.

• Follow food safety procedures and workplace health and safety regulations.

• Perform repetitive tasks while meeting daily production targets.

• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in seafood processing, food manufacturing, or warehouse operations is an asset.

• Must be comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated environment.

• Ability to lift up to 40 50 lbs when required.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or Filipino (Tagalog).

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
