Senior Software Developer (.NET)

Our Client is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise web applications for a public-sector environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with GeoTalent, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Azure DevOps, with the ability to work across both front-end and back-end application components.

Key Responsibilities

Translate technical and business requirements into reliable, tested software solutions
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level web applications
Build front-end web features and back-end administrative functionality within the GeoTalent development environment
Develop applications using ASP.NET Core, .NET 6+, Blazor Server, C#, LINQ, Razor, and Entity Framework
Design and maintain SQL databases, data models, queries, stored procedures, and views
Troubleshoot application, integration, deployment, and production issues
Conduct unit testing, debugging, technical analysis, and application documentation
Support application implementation, conversion, migration, and post-production activities
Participate in design walkthroughs and collaborate with developers, project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Provide knowledge transfer and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Must-Have Experience

10+ years of experience working with GeoTalent, including the TP Macro Language and TP environment
Hands-on experience building both front-end web functionality and back-end administrative console features in GeoTalent
8+ years of .NET development experience
Senior-level experience supporting and maintaining enterprise web applications and developing new web-based solutions
Strong database experience, including data modelling and SQL programming
Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
Strong experience with structured application development, design, implementation, and maintenance methodologies
