Picker/Packer

Adecco is currently hiring several full-time Order Picker/Packers for a temporary full-time opportunity with our client's warehouse team.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy active work, and have experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment environments. In this role, you will support the receiving department by accurately picking products, scanning inventory, and ensuring orders are complete and damage-free.

• Pay Rate: $17.95/hour

• Location: North York, ON

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, plus Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 3-month contract

Responsibilities:

• Pick products from warehouse bins according to order requirements

• Scan items using handheld RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems

• Place products onto carts for processing and distribution

• Enter inventory and order information accurately into the system

• Inspect orders and identify missing, damaged, or incorrect items

• Report inventory discrepancies to the appropriate team members

• Maintain order accuracy and productivity targets

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as an Order Picker, Packer, Warehouse Associate, Receiver, or Inventory Clerk is an asset

• Comfortable using RF scanners and computerized inventory systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Basic computer skills required

• Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 30 lbs

• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
