Shipment Resolution Representative

Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Shipment Resolution Representative to join their team. As a Shipment Resolution Representative, you will be part of the operations team supporting shipment accuracy and timely processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, comfort working with technology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipment Resolution Representative

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Pay Range: $21.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Inspect and review damaged products and shipments to determine the next steps.
• Assess product condition and determine the appropriate resolution for accurate customer delivery.
• Repackage products into new shipping cartons to prepare items for shipment.
• Utilize RF scanners to process and track inventory accurately.
• Enter and maintain accurate information using computer systems while following established quality and safety procedures.

What's Needed?

• Strong computer skills with the ability to work in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience using RF scanners is an asset.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 70 lbs.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when inspecting, repackaging, and recording information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
