What will your typical day look like?
Working as part of our Corporate Real Estate Transformation team, our Consultant clients improve how they manage real estate, facilities, workplaces, assets, and operations. You will facilitate stakeholder discussions, assess current-state processes, define requirements, design future-state workflows, analyze data, and support the testing and implementation of business and technology solutions.
Our practitioners work with business and operational leaders to assess current-state operations, define future-state processes, and support enterprise transformation initiatives. They help clients establish effective operating models, improve service delivery, implement technology and data-driven solutions, and deliver sustainable improvements across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, and Asset Management functions.
About the team
Working in a fast-paced and professionally rewarding environment, our Infrastructure & – Real Estate team is comprised of some 150 professionals nationally. We support public and private sector clients in various sectors such as public sector infrastructure, hospitals, transportations transit, power and utilities, mining, defense, aerospace and aviation.
We bring practical solutions and add value at every stage of the project lifecycle for clients in highly competitive multi-billion-dollar international engineering, procurement and construction industries. We are experienced consultants, project and program managers, planners and project controllers, architects, engineers, construction managers, contract managers, quantity surveyors and other related management functions. Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, operations transformation, or a related advisory role.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions into user stories, functional requirements, process documentation, and recommendations.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and design, including current-state assessments, gap analysis, future-state workflows, and workshop facilitation.
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Asset Management, Operations, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using operational data, KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation, including collaboration with multidisciplinary delivery teams, solution validation, UAT, issue tracking, and business readiness.
- Excellent communication and client-service skills, with experience producing executive-ready presentations, process maps, workflow diagrams, and other client-facing deliverables. Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methods is an asset.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
