Role Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Manager who can lead cross-functional engineering teams in building world-class software products from scratch. The ideal candidate should have a strong product engineering background, startup experience, delivery ownership, and a passion for leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity and product capabilities.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, delivery ownership, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor software engineering teams.
Drive end-to-end product development from concept to release.
Work with Product Managers and Architects to define technical plans.
Ensure engineering delivery aligns with business goals and timelines.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality frameworks.
Drive Shift-Left Quality Engineering and Test Automation adoption.
Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering practices.
Improve engineering productivity through AI-assisted development tools.
Manage resource planning, sprint execution, and release management.
Establish engineering KPIs and performance metrics.
Coach teams on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Build an engineering culture focused on agility, quality, and customer success.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
10+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years managing engineering teams.
Proven experience delivering products from ideation to release.
Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Product Engineering environments.
Experience with Cloud Platforms and Modern Application Architectures.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
