Job description

Our Client is looking for a Senior Software Developer CRM with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, .NET and custom CRM development.

The successful candidate will design, develop, integrate and support enterprise CRM solutions using both low-code Power Platform capabilities and custom development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

  • Develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Configure and customize Customer Service Workspace, case management and Knowledge Management functionality.

  • Configure Agent Experience Profiles, session templates, workstreams and routing.

  • Build Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Pages.

  • Develop custom PCF controls and server-side functionality using Liquid.

  • Design and develop solutions using Dataverse.

  • Develop custom Web APIs and integrations between Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft cloud technologies.

  • Develop applications and services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET and .NET Core.

  • Work with Entity Framework, Azure SQL and related Azure technologies.

  • Implement and support Azure-based integrations and cloud solutions.

  • Build and maintain DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

  • Participate in Agile development activities using Kanban/task boards.

  • Troubleshoot application, integration and production issues.

  • Prepare technical documentation, assessments, reports and solution documentation.

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders and other IT professionals throughout the SDLC.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Experience with Azure solution design and development.

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.

  • Customer Service Workspace configuration.

  • Agent Experience Profiles, session templates, workstreams and routing.

  • Both low-code and custom Dynamics 365 development experience.

  • Dataverse design and development.

  • Power Apps including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Pages.

  • Custom PCF controls.

  • C#, .NET, ASP.NET and .NET Core.

  • JavaScript.

  • Web API development and system integrations.

  • Entity Framework.

  • Azure SQL.

  • Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Agile / Kanban development methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Dynamics 365 and/or Azure certifications.

  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS and IaaS cloud service models.

  • Middleware and gateway experience.

  • Experience supporting enterprise application migrations and implementations.

  • AODA/accessibility knowledge.

  • Strong technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
