Who we're looking for:
The Network Material Buyer is responsible for procuring materials, equipment, and services required to support Network operations. This role ensures products are purchased at the best value while maintaining quality standards, supplier performance, and delivery requirements.

This is a full-time temporary position for 12 months.

What you'll do:

  • Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
  • Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
  • Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on late deliveries.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve supply issues.
  • Coordinate with planning, inventory, warehouse, and finance teams.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to determine purchasing requirements.
  • Track supplier performance, lead times, and quality metrics.
  • Resolve invoice, receiving, and purchase order discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes.

What you bring:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and supplier management principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of procurement policies and controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications, manufacturing, or logistics environments.

  • Invoice and PO accuracy
  • Supplier quality performance
