Business Systems Analyst (Pricing & Promotions)

Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

6+ months contract

Role Summary: Drive business requirements, analysis, and delivery of pricing, promotions, merchandising, and customer eligibility solutions for a multi-tenant retail platform supporting multi-banner environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Work with Pricing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Product, and Technology teams.
• Define pricing, promotions, markdowns, and customer eligibility rules.
• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support multi-banner configuration and alignment.
• Analyze integrations with POS, eCommerce, Loyalty, and Master Data systems.
• Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong retail experience in Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, and Loyalty.
• Knowledge of pricing hierarchies, promotional campaigns, markdowns, and offer management.
• Agile experience using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-banner retailers.
• Experience with Loyalty programs
• AI agnostic approach
