Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and enterprise integrations.
The ideal candidate will design and develop intelligent copilots, workflows, automation solutions, and enterprise-grade integrations using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, Azure services, and modern LLM capabilities.
Primary Skills Mandatory

Secondary / Preferred Skills
LLM & AI Development
- Experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including projects, deployments, prompt flows, and evaluations
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills for agent logic, function calling, and API integrations

Key Responsibilities
1. Microsoft Copilot Studio Development
- Build, extend, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Configure topics, entities, actions, and generative answers
- Develop custom extensions using Power Automate, custom connectors, and APIs
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources including:
- Dataverse
- Microsoft Graph API
- SharePoint
- Azure Functions
- External/third-party services
2. Power Platform Engineering
- Design and develop Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows
- Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
- Develop Dataverse-backed applications and solutions
- Design Dataverse schemas, tables, relationships, business rules, and calculated columns
- Follow Power Platform ALM and deployment best practices
- Work with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for solution packaging and deployments
3. Integrations & Connectors
- Develop and configure Power Platform and custom connectors
- Integrate with:
- REST APIs
- Microsoft Graph API
- Azure Functions
- Dataverse
- SAP
- ServiceNow
- Salesforce
- Other third-party enterprise systems
- Implement secure authentication using OAuth 2.0 / Microsoft Entra ID
- Handle API throttling, error handling, security, and integration reliability
4. Prompt Engineering & LLM Applications
- Design effective prompts, system instructions, and few-shot examples for LLM-powered copilots
- Implement grounding using enterprise data from Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and other sources
- Apply RAG, vector search, and hybrid retrieval patterns where appropriate
- Develop and optimize AI agent workflows and function-calling capabilities
5. Microsoft Graph API
- Develop secure integrations using Microsoft Graph API
- Work with Microsoft 365 services including:
- Users and Groups
- Mail and Calendar
- Files and Drives
- Teams and Channels
