Cloud Architecture & Strategy

• Define and implement enterprise cloud architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Design scalable, highly available, secure, and cost-optimized solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architecture strategies.
• Establish cloud governance, security, compliance, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams to define cloud roadmaps.

Hands-on Engineering & Development

• Develop cloud-native applications and microservices using modern programming languages.
• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Automate cloud provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Design CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud platform, networking, and application issues.
• Perform technical reviews, code reviews, and architecture assessments.

Documentation & Design Governance

• Create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Architecture Decision Records (ADR), and solution blueprints.
• Produce architecture diagrams, deployment guides, operational runbooks, and governance documentation.
• Document non-functional requirements, security controls, disaster recovery strategies, and deployment standards.
• Present architectural solutions to executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Security & Compliance

• Design cloud security architectures following Zero Trust principles.
• Implement IAM, encryption, secrets management, logging, and audit controls.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Conduct cloud security assessments and architecture reviews.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the technical lead for cloud transformation programs.
• Mentor solution architects, cloud engineers, and development teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive architecture governance and cloud adoption best practices.

Experience

• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience across Azure and AWS.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
