Production Worker (M-Th 2:30pm-1am)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Production Worker for a contract/temporary opportunity in Cambridge, ON. This hands-on role is well suited for candidates with general labour, packaging, warehouse, or production experience who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Production Worker, you will support daily production operations through unpacking, packaging, quality inspection, and general production duties. This opportunity offers full-time hours on a consistent Monday to Thursday afternoon shift, giving you a dependable schedule and a 3-day weekend.

Key Responsibilities

- Unpack materials, products, or components according to production requirements.
- Package finished goods accurately and efficiently for shipment or further processing.
- Perform basic quality inspections to identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Lift, move, and handle items weighing approximately 15 to 20 lbs as required.
- Support other production, warehouse, and general labour duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18.45 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm to 1:00am.
