Our client, is seeking an innovative, highly strategic Senior Product Manager - Brand Operations to lead their Brand Operations & Experience Technology portfolio.
In this high-visibility technology leadership role, you will define and evolve the technology capabilities that enable global Brand, Community, Sports Marketing, Content, Creative, Events, and Communications teams. Partnering closely with senior executive stakeholders and technical leads, you will translate strategic brand priorities into scalable product roadmaps, platforms, and AI-enabled workflows. You will shape the long-term enterprise vision for content supply chains, Digital Asset Management (DAM), event enablement, and knowledge discovery—ensuring brand technology investments drive operational efficiency, seamless collaboration, and memorable consumer experiences worldwide.

Responsibilities
Brand Operations Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the multi-year product roadmap for Brand Operations & Experience Technology; establish investment frameworks, capability maps, and ROI business cases.
Content & Creative Ecosystem Ownership: Drive technology strategy across CMS, DAM, content operations, publishing, and workflow platforms to optimize the global content supply chain.
Community, Events & Activation Enablement: Lead platform capabilities supporting physical and digital community engagement, brand activations, events, and ambassador/sports marketing programs.
Knowledge & Brand Intelligence: Establish roadmaps for enterprise knowledge management and discoverability tools, enhancing information sharing and operational learning across global teams.
AI Innovation & Workflow Integration: Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools that accelerate content reuse, automated insights, and operational productivity while maintaining governance and security.
Vendor & Platform Governance: Manage strategic relationships with enterprise technology vendors, leading platform evaluations, contract implementations, and adoption optimization.
Qualifications
Product Leadership Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in Product Management, Platform Management, or Technology Leadership driving business-facing platforms.
Domain Domain Mastery: Demonstrated success managing technology portfolios across Content Management (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Creative Operations, Marketing Tech, Event Tech, or AI Productivity Platforms.
Strategic Roadmap Execution: Proven track record defining enterprise product strategies and roadmaps within complex, cross-functional business environments.
Senior Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a history of translating business strategy into technical deliverables.
Vendor & Software Investment Management: Hands-on experience evaluating, procuring, and managing enterprise SaaS solutions and vendor partnerships.
