Job Description
We’re looking for a System Administrator/Analyst with strong technical expertise and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you’ll maintain and support client IT environments to keep systems reliable, secure, and high-performing. It’s a hands-on position focused on troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and working directly with clients to resolve issues and improve their day-to-day experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer and support Microsoft Azure (Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, and security configurations)
· Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, compliance tools)
· Deploy and administer Virtualized Windows Server (Hyper-V, vSphere) environments
· Implement cybersecurity measures across systems
· Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
· Prioritize exceptional customer support as the foundation of our business.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in systems/network administration
· Strong background in Microsoft technologies (cloud and on-prem)
· Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices
· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple client environments and priorities
· Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
· MUST RESIDE IN EDMONTON OR SURROUNDING AREA. ***
· A Canadian resident or citizen, eligible to work in Canada
· Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
· Ai knowledge.
· Familiarity with enterprise-grade networking and security hardware
· Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti Unifi, and Fortinet devices would be an asset
· Possibly maintain and optimize virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.)
