Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Warehouse / Logistics Associate to join a dynamic team supporting a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector in Richmond Hill, ON. This role is ideal for candidates looking for a high-paying, predictable day-shift schedule with fully paid breaks.
You will oversee essential warehouse operations including order picking, packing, shipping, generating Bills of Lading (BOLs), completing logistics documentation, and entering data into enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is primarily hands-on (approx. 90% manual picking/packing/shipping administrative tasks) with roughly 10% of your time spent operating a Raymond Reach forklift to safely move and retrieve high-density pallets.

Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for pharmaceutical and healthcare products according to strict specifications.
Logistics & Paperwork: Generate accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, waybills, and packing slips.
ERP System Data Entry: Input, track, and manage inventory movements and order statuses within the client's internal ERP software.
Material Handling (Forklift): Operate a Raymond Reach forklift safely for roughly 5%–10% of the shift to relocate, retrieve, and stage palletized materials.
Inbound/Outbound Inspection: Check shipments for quality, damage, correct labeling, and quantity discrepancies prior to staging.
Physical Warehouse Operations: Perform manual tasks including sorting, wrapping skids, stacking boxes, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
Qualifications
Certification: Must possess a valid, accredited Raymond Reach Forklift License.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics role.
Administrative Skills: Practical experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and using ERP inventory software.
Pharma Asset: Prior work experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare supply chain is a major asset and earns the top pay rate.
Communication & Physical Demands: Excellent written and spoken English skills; ability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Clearance & Eligibility: Must pass a criminal background check and be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
