AR Specialist - 3-Month Contract

About the Opportunity

· Own the full accounts receivable cycle, including reviewing invoices for accuracy, applying customer payments, and reconciling accounts to resolve discrepancies.

· Proactively follow up on overdue balances, monitor aging reports, and escalate long-outstanding accounts through the collections process.

· Coordinate with project and operations teams to resolve billing gaps, respond to customer inquiries on invoices and statements, and support month-end AR reporting.

About You

· A detail-oriented accounting professional with 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation, or collections.

· Comfortable working in an ERP system and confident in Excel, with the accuracy and organization needed to manage multiple accounts at once.

· A clear communicator who can work independently while coordinating across teams, and who brings a customer-service mindset to collections conversations.

Pay Range

$28 - $30 / hour
