Must Have:

Description

Responsibilities

• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes: developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

• Onsite Work Environment: The successful candidate is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

Evaluation Criteria

Technical Knowledge and Experience - 50%

• Solid and current programming knowledge (ideally including a knowledge of Java)

• Multi DBMS Knowledge - must have a solid working knowledge of Oracle 19c, DB2/Windows,

• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Experience in application monitoring and support
• Experience in middleware software installation, configuration, tuning and administration, as well as experience with application development
• Experience with change management and release management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications
