Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with 6 10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies and hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Azure, and AI-enabled agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering multiple enterprise Power Platform projects involving implementation, integration, automation, migration, and AI agent development. Strong technical, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute as a Power Platform Developer across new programs, enhancements, proof-of-concepts, and AI-enabled automation initiatives.
• Design, develop, deploy, and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, connectors, and Azure services.
• Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, trigger phrases, generative answers, knowledge sources, actions, variables, agent flows, and publishing to Teams or web channels.
• Integrate AI agents with Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Automate, custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Conduct feasibility and platform-fit assessments for automation and AI agent use cases.
• Design solutions considering integration complexity, security, governance, scalability, and licensing.
• Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, auditing, and integrations.
• Implement Power Platform security, access controls, DLP policies, monitoring, analytics, and governance.
• Apply DevOps and ALM practices, including solutions, pipelines, source control, environment variables, deployment automation, and release management.
• Support administration, configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support of Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Participate in migration and modernization initiatives involving legacy applications and intelligent automation.
• Engage with business users and stakeholders for requirements gathering, workshops, training, enablement, and adoption.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution walkthroughs, and architecture/design materials.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, support teams, and Microsoft/platform teams in distributed delivery environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience delivering at least 2+ enterprise Power Platform projects involving implementation, integration, automation, or AI agent development.
• Strong development experience with:

• In-depth knowledge of Dataverse design, security, auditing, relationships, business rules, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI security, responsible AI, DLP, access control, monitoring, analytics, and governance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure services, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Good understanding of Power Platform DevOps and ALM practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience migrating or modernizing legacy applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with enterprise automation and conversational AI solutions.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements workshop experience.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and conducting solution walkthroughs.
• Ability to explain AI-enabled solutions and technical concepts clearly to business and technology stakeholders.
