Stretch Zone is looking for Full-time and Part-time, energetic Sales Associates, Assistant Managers and Managers to help grow our membership base.


We’re looking for ambitious, sales-driven people who want an opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new membership sales through consultations, studio tours and follow-up
• Convert introductory stretches into long-term memberships
• Build relationships with prospective and existing members
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Follow up with leads by phone, text and email
• Support member retention through excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications
• Represent Stretch Zone professionally in the local community
• Learn our sales and operating systems with opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Manager roles

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections
• Positive, energetic and self-motivated
• Available to work some evenings and weekends

Preferred

• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Experience using CRM or booking software
• Interest in fitness, health and wellness
