Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions while ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency across products.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage UX design initiatives and collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Develop personas, empathy maps, and user journey artifacts.
- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Facilitate discussions and translate business requirements into user-focused design solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in UX Design and User Research.
- Experience with wireframing, mockups, prototyping, personas, and empathy mapping.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or InVision.
- Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, usability, and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end UX initiatives.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and design-thinking methodologies.
Desired Skills
- Experience designing enterprise-scale products.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with usability testing and interaction design.
- Familiarity with UI design principles and responsive digital experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on UX Design experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end UX solutions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
