A Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement:

The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause.

The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.

The Corrections Systems Portfolio requires a temporary Programmer/Developer (L3) with 10+ years' experience to support critical solutions in the portfolio, for the design, coding and unit testing of enhancements, troubleshooting, along with break/fix solutions support. The successful proponent will be responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into working, tested applications. This includes using cloud technologies Microsoft Azure, .NET. Knowledge Transfer

What needs to be KT

Knowledge transfer to the FTE to be completed prior to the end of the assignment.

To whom

The FTE will meet weekly with the consultant to facilitate the knowledge transfer.

All aspect of design, documentation and code related to this project will be transferred to the FTE.

When

All code and related documentation will be stored in the JTS TFS for retrieval.

The FTE will also ensure the consultant is checking-in proper version of the code and the related documents into the repository.
