Assembly Operator

Infasco is seeking one (1) Assembly Operator for the evening shift - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Monday to Friday.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust assembly machines used for assembling bolts, nuts, and washers;
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards;
• Operate a manual packaging machine and auxiliary equipment for counting, weighing, and packaging products;
• Set up and adjust packaging equipment to ensure optimal operation;
• Count, weigh, and package finished products, including bolts and nuts of various sizes;
• Perform necessary checks to ensure accuracy of quantities and quality of packaged products;
• Carry out any other related tasks associated with the assembly cell and manual balance.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent (required);
• Proficiency in spoken and written French (required);
• Experience with assembly machines and scales (an asset);
• Team player, autonomous, and responsible;
• Ability to learn and keep up with production pace.
