We aren’t looking for a corporate UX manager who delegates to junior designers, nor an agency freelancer who hands off static wireframes and walks away. We are looking for a Founding Product & UI/Visual Designer—a true solo powerhouse and Jack-of-All-Trades who can take complete 0-to-1 visual ownership of Pack.com.
You will sit at the exact intersection of product strategy, high-dopamine interface design, and modern gaming culture. One day you’ll be mapping out frictionless digital-to-physical redemption flows in Figma; the next, you’ll be illustrating high-energy mystery pack containers, designing unboxing states, and defining our brand language from scratch.
This is a senior individual contributor (IC) role with absolute creative sovereignty. You will work directly alongside leadership and engineering to build a category-defining gamified shopping ecosystem from a blank canvas.
