Key Responsibilities
- Ensure engineering deliverables and data align with AWP program requirements
- Align engineering, procurement, and construction stakeholders to implement and facilitate company-specific AWP programs
- Drive efficient implementation of AWP programs through any stage of a project's lifecycle
- Create, or oversee the creation of, digital materials including AWP playbooks, guidelines, and Work Packages
- Ensure the planning process is well executed and deliverables are produced in a timely manner
- Support creation of weekly and short-range lookahead planning materials for projects
- Monitor and assess AWP program progress
- Coach and mentor AWP team members
- Perform other duties pertaining to this role, as they arise or as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate in construction management, an engineering degree, or possess industrial construction experience or transferable skills.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of combined experience in Advanced Work Packaging and engineering, including experience managing design deliverables in the context of AWP, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders concurrently.
