If you're the person who always knows what's next, keeps teams aligned, and thrives on making complex marketing campaigns look effortless, we'd love to meet you.

What will your typical day look like?

We operate in agile pods, dedicated, cross-functional teams responsible for bringing campaigns to market end-to-end. As a Specialist, PMO, you are the pod Navigator, giving the pod leader (integrated/brand marketer) the best route from campaign brief to launch.

Success in this role is measured by speed to market and how easy the team finds it to deliver campaigns. You enable a pod that is clear on priorities, timelines, and scope to move from brief to final delivery with speed, ease, teamwork, efficiency and an eye to create killer B2B marketing campaigns.

  • Convert marketing plans into clear, executable workbacks in Workfront, including asset deliverable lists, dependences and resource alignment
  • Act as the central orchestrator across Design, Copy, Media Studio, Digital, Analytics, and PR, managing dependencies, handoffs, and ensuring work progresses in parallel toward launch
  • Independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different GTM (go-to-market) stages, ensuring the pod maintains a steady drumbeat of in-market activity and avoids bottlenecks
  • Continuously assess timelines, dependencies, and resource constraints; surface risks early and work with the pod leader to prioritize, adjust plans and maintain momentum
  • Surface pod health, risks, and capacity signals to leadership forums, enabling timely decisions and trade-offs
  • Lead agile ways of working, including:
    • Facilitating stand-ups and tracking progress across GTM stages
    • Shaping and protecting 2-week sprints with the pod
    • Enforcing clear prioritization and seeking decisions from integrated/brand marketers, when capacity is constrained
    • Maintaining a disciplined backlog to manage new demand without disrupting delivery

About the team

Our Marketing team is organized into agile pods, where cross-functional experts come together to deliver innovative B2B marketing campaigns that help drive business impact. As part of a collaborative PMO community, you'll work alongside marketers, creative teams, digital specialists, analysts, and communication professionals to bring campaigns from brief to launch. With a strong focus on agility, teamwork, and continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in helping teams navigate complexity, accelerate speed-to-market, and deliver exceptional campaign experiences

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role, working with cross-functional teams; for example, design, video production, copywriting, digital, social, PR, strategy, analytics, and account management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing, agency or client environment (preferably both).
  • Strong ability to coordinate across teams and drive alignment, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to move work forward
  • Solid understanding of agile ways of working, including sprint planning, backlog management, risk identification and productive retrospectives
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and dependencies with minimal supervision
  • Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for seeing work through to the finish line
  • Must be able to simultaneously focus on the big picture, details, and driving results.
