Key Responsibilities Communicate and build professional relationships with prospective clients. Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and video calls. Support client engagement, communication, and follow-up activities. Participate in business development activities using established systems and processes. Support sales and marketing activities as part of the client engagement process. Manage activities independently while working within established systems, processes, and organisational guidelines. Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development. About You Have a professional background in education, teaching, training, facilitation, or learning and development. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enjoy connecting and building professional relationships with people. Are organised and able to manage your time effectively. Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Have a professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach. Are interested in applying transferable skills within an online and client-focused environment. Experience and Skills Five or more years of professional experience in education, teaching, training, facilitation, or learning and development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organisational and time-management abilities. Confidence using online communication platforms and digital systems. The ability to work independently and manage agreed activities and responsibilities.
