Dispatcher - 4 day work week - NIGHT SHIFT

Hours: 6:00pm to 5:00am (11 hours including 1-hour lunch)

We are looking for a talented Dispatcher who has good knowledge of planning routes, someone with exceptional customer service, time management or organizational skills. Someone who is comfortable working in an environment where at any moment this can change and requires to be quick to react and adapt.

This Dispatcher will be working in the Petroleum transport division.

Advantages
- Title: Dispatcher
- Location: Anjou
- Salary: $70k maximum, payable on a semi-monthly basis. Performance and salary reviews take place annually in April or May.
- Schedule Rotating 4 day work weeks (week 1 = Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) (week 2 = Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday)
- Hours: Night shift 6:00pm to 5:00am
- Bonus: Eligible for a performance bonus of up to $2,000.00.
- Benefits: Company benefits starting on your first day of work. This is a cost-shared program between the employee and the employer.
- Vacation: Entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year. Vacation will be pro-rated for this year. The timing of your vacation will be subject to manager approval based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Fleet Dispatch & Communication: Schedule driver loads for efficiency and safety in TMW; communicate route, site, and trailer details to drivers; serve as the main driver point of contact to resolve delivery issues.

- Order & Inventory Tracking: Input customer orders and tank dips into TMW; monitor delivery deadlines; confirm completed loads and log detention time.

- Driver Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate driver routing and accessorial fees in TMW for payroll; report safety incidents, service issues, or delays immediately to management.

- Customer Support & Operations: Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and support the broader operations team as needed.

Qualifications
- Experience in dispatch or a related field minimum 2 years experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfort with IT tools (TMW, Microsoft Office)
- Clear and effective communication, both oral and written
- Ability to manage pressure and make quick decisions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
