About the Role
As a Vendor Manager, you'll leverage customer obsession and data-driven analytics to develop creative solutions that drive business growth. You'll manage key manufacturer relationships on Amazon.ca and collaborate with cross-functional teams including site merchandising, buying, pricing, inventory management, operations, online marketing, and finance to optimize performance for our vendor partners.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the world's most innovative online retailers while developing strong functional skills in online merchandising, marketing, buying, planning, forecasting, pricing, and business analytics.

• Drive business growth through strategic vendor and brand relationship management

• Optimize selection, catalog management, and inventory levels
• Generate forecasts and manage product launches
• Develop and execute pricing strategies
• Conduct detailed analytical deep dives to identify growth opportunities

A day in the life
As a Vendor Manager, you'll start your day reviewing key business metrics and addressing any immediate vendor issues. After lunch, you'll collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to plan upcoming promotions, then meet with finance to review pricing strategies. Throughout the day, you'll respond to vendor inquiries, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and continuously look for ways to improve selection and profitability.
