Our client is recognized for advising clients on complex public and private construction projects and providing sophisticated legal guidance throughout the construction lifecycle.
The firm's Construction Law team works closely with developers, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and other industry stakeholders, offering comprehensive support across project development, procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
Our client is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate (4+ years of post-call experience) to join their established and growing practice.

The successful candidate will work on sophisticated construction disputes involving a diverse range of clients and projects.

As an ideal candidate, you possess 4+ years of post-call experience with meaningful experience in Construction Litigation.
You have strong knowledge of construction disputes and related legislation, along with demonstrated experience managing litigation files independently.
