JOB TITLE: Clerical Assistant II
LOCATION: North York ON
SCHEDULE: 5 days per week onsite

Duration: 6 month Contract (with strong potential for extension)
Onsite work environment
Payrate: $24.92/h
ResponsibilitiesSorting, boxing and manifesting records for off-site storage
Verify asset records that were pulled from storage are: originals, in system of record, information is correct, file with collection from Records in order, update manifest and system of record
Historical Asset Records: verify information is correct, scan, upload to System of Record, box, manifest and update system of record
Assistance with Records Recall requests
Coordinate off-site storage + recalls
LUG digitization initiative logistics support
Qualifications• Minimum high school diploma
• 0-3 years’ experience in a similar background
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
