Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a dynamic aerospace team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, SAP proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing priorities and solving complex challenges are essential.
**As this role is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency status. A work permit status is not eligible for this role.

• Pay Rate: $29-$34/hour
  
• Location: Ajax, ON (hybrid)
  
• Shift: Rotating Shift Schedule: Weekdays 9 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 7pm

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries within established service levels regarding:
  
  • Spare parts pricing and availability
    
  • Order status updates
    
  • Credit requests
    
  • Delivery timelines
    
• Manage customer accounts and maintain positive client relationships.
  
• Analyze customer service master data to support operational processes and reporting.
  
• Process and manage customer purchase orders from order entry through to shipment.
  
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehousing, Commercial, and Credit Control teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  
• Monitor and resolve order processing issues, shipment delays, and system-related challenges.
  
• Perform manual purchase order management when automated order processing is unavailable.
  
• Support parts allocation activities in accordance with customer contracts and company procedures.
  
• Process billing for various service offerings, including repairs, training, technical publications, lease programs, and related services.
  
• Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests, ensuring urgent customer requirements are handled efficiently, including:
  
  • Request for Quote (RFQ)
    
  • Order Entry
    
  • Delivery Coordination
    
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to prioritize daily activities and improve customer ordering processes.
  
• Participate in meetings, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Front Office Operations.
  
• Aerospace industry experience is strongly preferred.
  
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment managing multiple priorities.
  
• Proficiency in SAP.
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:

• Ability to navigate and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
