About the Opportunity Lead system design and architecture decisions to deliver robust and scalable technical solutions. Mentor engineers to improve technical skills, problem?solving capabilities, and overall team performance. Advocate for and implement standards and best practices to ensure consistent, secure software delivery. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Share knowledge and foster cross?team collaboration to strengthen engineering culture and synergy. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation. Provide technical expertise in strategic discussions, influencing organizational direction. Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals and initiatives. About You Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. Proven ability to mentor engineers, improve team performance, and drive technical excellence. Strong expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing technical direction across teams. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands?on technical leadership.
