Title: Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Richmond Hill (Fully Onsite)
Rate of Pay: $29-32 / hour
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension or conversion)

Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable tasks, including payment processing, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution
• Conduct polite and effective collection calls and written correspondence in both French and English
• Maintain accurate customer account records and update financial databases regularly
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to build spreadsheets, analyze aged trial balances, and perform complex data reconciliation
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline account processes
• Provide regular progress reports on outstanding balances and risk assessments to management

Qualifications
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and verbal communication)
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable and business-to-business (B2B) collections
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis)
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Richmond Hill office location
