You lead with confidence and clarity, turning complex scopes into well-executed plans that deliver outstanding results. Your day is a blend of coordination, problem-solving, and leadership as you guide your site superintendents, and teams through each phase of the project. You collaborate with clients, adjusters, and other internal teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and quality from start to finish. Whether you're reviewing estimates, working with cost consultants, visiting job sites, or managing change orders, you stay focused on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Your leadership keeps the work flowing, your decisions move projects forward, and your professionalism earns lasting trust with every job you complete.Qualifications2+ years of project supervision or equivalent experience in commercial restoration or construction - IICRC certifications are a PLUSHigh school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in commercial construction or a related field an assetProven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety requirementsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort using project management software and mobile applicationsStrong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilitiesProvincial asbestos certification required or ability to obtainValid driver's license and clean driving abstract is a MUSTOpen to participation in a rotating on-call scheduleAbility to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearAbility to travel for extended periods for CAT assignmentsWho We AreAt First Onsite, we offer competitive pay, comprehensive health and dental benefits, and an RRSP matching program because we believe in taking care of our people.
