  • Proactively collaborate with divisional leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify our hiring needs, role requirements and leverage their networks for top talent

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers through to the candidate’s first day

  • Source candidates using various channels (obvious and not-so obvious!) such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals and contribute to positive branding efforts

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure we maintain data-centric decisions

  • Leverage AI-powered recruiting technologies and automation tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, talent mapping, market research, scheduling, and operational efficiency while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources in a global and/or SaaS product company or agency supporting profile of organizations (team of “one” applicant are welcome!)

    • Knowledge with hiring regulations and compliance is a must!

  • Proven success operating in high-growth environments where hiring velocity, stakeholder management, and competing priorities are critical to business success.

  • Experience with managing multiple projects at any given time (typically navigating 5-15 roles at a time), speaking/interviewing numerous candidates per day (4-8 typically) with an ability to prioritize

  • Gifted storyteller and able to translate complex ideas/products in a meaningful and compelling way

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

    • If you have an affinity for data, software platforms and/or AI to add efficiencies

  • Building network and information sources to keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and has an ability to communicate challenges to market in a clear and timely manner

  • A team player who loves collaborating, learning and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
