Your Impact
Build & Assemble: Construct durable rig mats using power tools, including nail guns and drills.

Measure with Precision: Read measuring tapes accurately to ensure exact cuts, alignment, and assembly.

Handle Production Materials: Manually lift, position, and move materials weighing up to 30–40 lbs consistently throughout your shift.

Maintain Shop Excellence: Keep the work area, tools, and shop environment clean, organized, and safe for the team.

Who You Are
Skilled with Tools: Confident operating standard shop power tools (specifically nail guns and drills) and reading a measuring tape.

Physically Ready: Capable of handling light-to-moderate manual labor, including repetitive lifting of 30–40 lbs.

Reliable & Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in quality work, follows safety protocols, and shows up ready to collaborate.

Position Details
Pay: $20.00 / hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Advantages

Responsibilities
Build & Assemble: Construct high-durability rig mats using pneumatic nail guns, drills, and standard shop equipment.

Precision Measurement: Read blueprints or specifications and use measuring tapes to guarantee accurate cuts, seamless alignment, and precise assembly.

Material Handling: Manually lift, position, and transport materials weighing up to 30–40 lbs continuously throughout your shift.

Shop Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Tool & Measurement Proficiency: Demonstrated experience operating power tools (specifically nail guns and drills) alongside strong tape measure reading skills.

Physical Stamina: Comfortable performing light-to-moderate physical labor, including repetitive lifting (30–40 lbs) in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-Focused & Dependable: Strong work ethic with a focus on quality craftsmanship, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a collaborative mindset.
