What will your typical day look like?

As part of the Global Vendor Management Office, the Senior Analyst, Global Vendor Management will be responsible for:

  • Conducting analyses of vendor management programs, service delivery models, and contractual arrangements to identify operational risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluating vendor performance, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance data to assess effectiveness and support strategic business objectives.
  • Developing recommendations to strengthen vendor governance frameworks, optimize service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and manage costs.
  • Assessing business requirements and stakeholder needs to design and implement process improvements and vendor management best practices.
  • Preparing analytical reports, dashboards, and performance assessments to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborating with business, procurement, finance, and vendor stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate challenges, and develop practical solutions.
  • Facilitating stakeholder consultations and review sessions to assess vendor performance, identify improvement initiatives, and support the implementation of action plans.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor management processes, governance controls, reporting methodologies, and operational effectiveness.
  • Advising business on vendor governance strategies, operational improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives by analyzing business requirements, performance metrics, contractual obligations, and service delivery outcomes.

Do you possess the following?:

  • Bachelor's degree with Masters or MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of sourcing, procurement, vendor management, operations, or IT project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and build effective business relationships.
  • Experience with sourcing and procurement processes. Contract lifecycle.
  • Understanding of value drivers within IT environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
  • Experience using Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and Power Automate to improve data collection, workflow management, and reporting efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled tools to assist with analysis, reporting, and productivity.
  • Experience creating vendor scorecards, KPI reporting, SLA tracking, or operational performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with culturally and geographically diverse teams in a virtual environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms, to improve productivity, reporting, content development, and data analysis.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to streamline routine tasks and enhance business insights.
  • Highly proactive with a continuous improvement mindset; anticipates stakeholder and leadership needs, identifies opportunities to add value, and takes initiative to execute tasks and solve problems before being asked.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
