Our client, a respected regulatory organization, is seeking a Regulatory Prosecutor to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys advocacy, litigation, investigations, and professional discipline matters and mentoring staff. The VP has a succession plan in place for this role so any leadership background is an asset. In this role, you will prosecute complex professional conduct cases, work closely with investigators and regulatory staff, and appear before discipline committees and tribunals. This position offers meaningful work that directly supports public protection and professional accountability in Ontario.
