We're an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth. Our deep understanding of the immune system – and innovative pipeline – enables us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.

About the Job

Join the team protecting half a billion lives every year with next-gen science, mRNA innovation, and AI-driven breakthroughs. In Vaccines, you’ll help advance prevention on a global scale – and shape the future of immunization. The Vaccines Franchise is a key growth driver for Sanofi Canada, spanning multiple disease areas and upcoming launches.

Reporting to the Vaccines Franchise Head, the Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering commercial strategy across the vaccine portfolio. This individual balances long-term portfolio planning with strong execution, leading cross-functional teams to drive launch excellence, lifecycle management, and business growth while contributing to improved public health outcomes in Canada.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead launch planning for new vaccines and indications, including go-to-market strategy, disease awareness, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive lifecycle strategies across pre-launch, launch, growth, and maturity stages.
  • Partner with Market Access and Public Affairs to address barriers to uptake in public and private markets.
  • Support market-shaping initiatives and public health advocacy activities.

4. Marketing Execution & Omnichannel Strategy

  • Develop integrated marketing plans that optimize business performance and ROI.
  • Design omnichannel customer journeys across HCPs, pharmacists, public health professionals, and consumers.
  • Provide strategic direction for digital channels and partner with digital teams on execution.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal and industry standards.
  • Build strong alignment with Sales throughout planning and execution.
  • Develop impactful sales tools, training materials, and resources.
  • Lead sales training and contribute to national and cycle meetings.
  • Maintain field engagement to gather insights and optimize execution.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with HCPs, public health officials, immunization program leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Execute stakeholder engagement plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead advisory boards to generate insights and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate on immunization awareness initiatives and address provincial market opportunities and challenges.

7. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead brand teams through influence, collaboration, and clear strategic direction.
  • Drive alignment across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Public Affairs, Sales, Communications, Legal, and Finance.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial mindset and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the primary Canadian contact for global franchise teams.

8. Budget & Resource Management

  • Deliver revenue objectives and manage annual OPEX/A&P budgets.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee forecasting, monthly budget tracking, accruals, and financial planning.
