Job Description

WHO WE ARE:

At Track, we are a dynamic team passionate about creating memorable and impactful experiences. We are looking for an Events Supervisor to join us in delivering exceptional experiences that help brands connect with their biggest fans. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a true teammate - someone willing to lend a hand, no matter the ask, so that we can all succeed together. If you are passionate about events and eager to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!

Your Role And Responsibilites

As an Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of regional and national events from conception through to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will gain experience working directly with clients as you take ownership of project elements. This is a dynamic, fast-paced working environment with lots of opportunity for growth. We are looking for the right person to join our team who thrives on challenging themselves creatively, has a relentless curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Work with team members to contribute to overall event experience design.
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
  • Manage relationships with vendors including vendor sourcing through to production.
  • Support with event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
  • Support with financial control such as purchase orders creation, payment tracking
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities related to events.
  • Assist with on-site set up and tear down of events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events.
  • Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience on automotive categories is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience preferred.

Our Perks

  • Generous PTO policy
  • Comprehensive health and dental plans
  • Paid personal and sick days
  • Birthday day off
  • Hybrid work model
  • Tuition reimbursement program
  • Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning
  • Telecoms monthly allowance
  • RRSP company match
  • Referral bonus

Our Hybrid Work Model

TRACK's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, with in-office (Toronto) attendance 3 days per week. Salary range $55,000 - $70,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.

Omnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent. We agree that talent is uniquely distributed, and we’re focused on developing inclusive teams that can bring the best solutions to everything we do. We strongly believe that celebrating what makes us different makes us better together. Join us - we look forward to getting to know you. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Recruitment Privacy Notice.
