The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our content and digital marketing strategy and build Green Integrations' authority in the commercial and industrial energy market. Working closely with company leadership and our technical team, you will turn engineering knowledge into practical, business-focused content that supports our growth.

This is a broad, strategic role with real ownership. As the team develops, responsibilities may be shaped and reallocated to match your strengths and the needs of the business, so we are looking for someone comfortable operating across several areas rather than a single narrow specialty.

What You Will Do

• Lead the strategy, creation, and optimization of high-value content that helps business leaders understand commercial energy, cost reduction, solar, storage, and related topics.
• Own our organic search and AI search visibility, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Manage and improve our website and digital experience in collaboration with designers and developers.
• Lead our organic social media presence, with an emphasis on LinkedIn and meaningful engagement with business decision-makers.
• Build the company's industry reputation through partnerships, publication relationships, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Support executive communications, proposals, presentations, and other strategic marketing initiatives as needed.
• Measure and report on marketing performance, and use those insights to guide future work.

What You Bring

• Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with proven experience writing executive-level and B2B content.
• Minimum five years of B2B marketing experience.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• A strong working knowledge of SEO, along with experience using platforms such as SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Experience managing LinkedIn business content and working within a content management system such as WordPress.
• The ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly and credibly to business audiences.

Nice to Have

Experience in one or more of the following is an asset, though none is required: commercial or renewable energy, manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology, utilities, commercial construction, energy management, or sustainability.

In your first year, you will build a consistent pipeline of high-quality content, strengthen our organic and AI search visibility across priority topics, grow executive engagement on LinkedIn, and help establish Green Integrations as a trusted source of commercial energy expertise in Canada.
