Job description

Kelly® is looking for Manufacturing Associates with previous experience in either construction or woodworking, to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Strathroy. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career while being a vital part of your community.

Pay Rate:

Afternoons: $ 20.50

Days: $20

Shift Timing:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00pm

Monday to Thursday, 4*_:00 pm to 2:00 am*_, (10-hour shifts)

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:

  • Working safely and following all safety practices and policies
  • Assisting in identifying training needs and proposing ideas to improve quality metrics.
  • Operating manufacturing equipment and using hand tools as required.
  • Identifying problems and communicating issues to Work Center Leads and Supervisors
  • Supporting a respectful workplace and participating in Employee Engagement activities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Must have previous experience in woodworking or construction.
  • Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools like drills and saws.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing experience or equivalent.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Possess organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete work on schedule.
  • Have the ability to understand and adhere to all process controls as documented.
  • Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.

Must have experience using Hand tools and Power tools.
