Your Mission : Champion Safety Across Our Canadian Operations
As a Safety Coordinator , you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a strong culture of safety across our Canadian operations, with a focus on Ontario and Quebec. You’ll work directly with field teams and leadership to drive compliance, prevent workplace injuries, and support workers’ compensation claims. This high-travel role is ideal for a bilingual (English / French) safety professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating safer workplaces.
Your Impact : Lead Safety Practices and Support Injury Management
Workplace Safety Leadership
- Conduct accident and incident investigations, ensuring timely and compliant OHNS reporting .
- Facilitate open and productive safety conversations between employees and management, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Identify trends and opportunities to reduce workplace injuries and implement improvements.
- Lead and deliver safety training programs on Canadian Occupational Health and Safety (OHNS) regulations , emergency procedures, and workplace safety best practices.
- Review existing safety training materials and recommend enhancements to reflect evolving best practices.
