Belong to Something Beautiful

At Sephora Canada, beauty is about feeling seen, valued, and empowered, individually and collectively. It is connecting deeply with others, celebrating diversity and inclusivity, unlocking your potential and making a difference every day. Together, we belong to something beautiful.

Ready for a career glow-up? As the Senior Manager, Analytics, you will lead the delivery of business intelligence and analytics that help shape strategic decisions across Sephora Canada. Leveraging data, market intelligence, and consumer insights, you'll uncover opportunities, identify trends, and provide recommendations that influence commercial, promotional, loyalty, and client strategies.

Partnering with leaders across Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, Ecommerce, and North American Analytics teams, you'll transform complex data into actionable business insights that drive growth and deepen our understanding of the Canadian market. You'll play a key role in helping the organization make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.

We're looking for a curious and innovative analytics leader who combines strong business acumen with analytical expertise. You thrive in solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and translating data into compelling stories that inspire action and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do:

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Deliver strategic insights that inform competitive, promotional, loyalty, and client strategies across the business.
  • Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business decisions and performance outcomes.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and hindsighting methodologies to assess incrementality, pull-forward behavior, client engagement, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Lead market share, competitive intelligence, pricing, and performance analyses, translating market and consumer trends into recommendations that support growth and commercial priorities.
  • Apply experimentation frameworks, statistical analysis, and data-driven methodologies to evaluate and validate business strategies and investments.

Strategic Partnership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to stakeholders across multiple functions and leadership levels.
  • Partner closely with teams across Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, Ecommerce, and North America to uncover opportunities and drive strategic priorities.
  • Communicate insights through impactful storytelling, helping leaders understand complex data and make informed decisions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analytics professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture focused on continuous learning and growth.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and development opportunities that strengthen team capability and business impact.

Analytics Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Build scalable analytics solutions, automated reporting, and reusable data models that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance analytical processes, tools, and methodologies while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion data quality, integrity, and best practices to support accurate and reliable business insights.
  • Stay current on emerging industry, retail, analytics, and technology trends to bring innovative approaches to the organization.

Business Problem Solving

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions and support evolving business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends that help shape decision-making and future business strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • You have 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, market research, or a related field, including experience leading and developing teams.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and compelling business stories.
  • You have experience communicating recommendations and insights to senior leaders and executive audiences.
  • You have the ability to thrive in ambiguity, balance multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  • You have experience building scalable analytics solutions, automated reporting, and reusable data models that drive efficiency and business value.
  • You have demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and building strong partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • You have experience working with competitive intelligence, market share reporting, pricing analysis, and industry research tools such as Nielsen, Circana, NPD/IRI, or similar platforms.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Excel, including modeling, forecasting, and advanced calculations, along with strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • You have experience using SQL or similar data querying languages to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
  • You have experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or similar tools.
  • You have exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
  • You have a passion for leveraging analytics to solve business challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive meaningful impact.

What You'll Get:

  • Caring Community. You'll collaborate with teammates who are equally passionate about innovating, doing the right things, and driving the industry forward – together, united in beauty.
  • Fulfilling Path. Your career glow-up starts here with access to opportunities that will challenge, stretch, and develop your skills. You'll have access to the global community of luxury group LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) for endless career opportunities.
  • Meaningful Work. As you make an impact on beauty, you'll feel and see the positive change (consumer, industry, and social) your individual voice is a part of.

Rewards as Unique as You Are:

Eligibility requirements apply to certain benefits and may vary depending on job classification and length of employment.

  • Wealth. We’re passionate about pay equity and transparency. The compensation ranges between CAD$118,900 - CAD$148,600, plus bonus, RRSP matching. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
  • Health. Choose a healthcare plan to fit you and your family’s needs with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. Access to our Well-Being@Sephora program to support your mental, financial, physical, and social well-being.
  • Balance. You'll be trusted to find the perfect blend of work/life balance that actually works for you with a hybrid work schedule, vacation and flex days, and maternity/paternity leave.
  • Growth. A career glow-up is built into every role, with access to training and development programs and resources throughout the year.
  • Perks. Think you’ve tried it all? Enjoy a 30% discount on all merchandise/services, opportunities for gratis, and flash sale discounts on LVMH brands.
  • Support. Tap into volunteer and donation matching, Employee Assistance Program, and free mental health resources with 24/7 access to Dialogue.
