Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success. Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide. Founded in 2000, Kaseya has built a culture centered around innovation, accountability, and results. We are a high-growth, high-performance organization that values individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and teammates alike. At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.

Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly customer-focused Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives across our IT Complete portfolio. This role is responsible for driving long-term product strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions that create measurable business impact. As a senior individual contributor, the Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to define market-leading products that address the evolving needs of MSPs and IT professionals. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional business judgment, and a proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Kaseya's corporate objectives. Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, industry trends, and data-driven insights. Own complex product initiatives spanning multiple teams, business units, and technology platforms. Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and prioritization frameworks. Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Lead roadmap planning and investment decisions based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement. Influence executive decision-making through thoughtful product recommendations and business cases. Champion customer-centric product development practices across the organization. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and customer adoption. Mentor and provide guidance to Product Managers across the organization. Serve as a product thought leader internally and externally through customer engagements, conferences, and strategic partner discussions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery. Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or technology products. Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using data and customer insights to drive product decisions and business outcomes. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP, automation, or enterprise technology solutions. Product Management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, Product School, or equivalent).
